Glen Dhu is full of Tasmania’s native wildlife. Far from an Elysian field, the smaller marsupials in the valley are preyed on by the golden-eyed ravens, which patrol the skies and cast their piercing gaze from the treetops. The constant hunt for their quarry results in their need to rest, silhouetted by the moonlight high above the rivers. A red whisky to reflect the raven’s blood-stained perch.
